Three quietly located holiday flats near the forest, each for 2 to max. 5 persons, invite you to holiday and relaxation. You can reach the centre of Unterwössen on foot in 10 minutes. There you will find a bakery, grocery and drinks market, tourist information and a Kneipp facility in the Wössner Bach stream.

Environment description
Ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours to the alpine pastures on the Hochgern, Jochberg and Rechenberg. For cyclists, there is the 72 km long Achental Cycle Route which leads to Lake Chiemsee and offers numerous places to stop for refreshments. At the Unterwössen gliding school you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery on a sightseeing flight or watch the flying action while enjoying a snack at the Flieger Alm. The excursion destinations Chiemsee (15 km) and Salzburg (45 km) invite you to visit them. In winter, you will find well-maintained cross-country and skating trails, cleared winter hiking paths and a small family ski lift awaits you on the Balsberg.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.

Arrival Description
Coming from the A8 Munich - Salzburg, take the Bernau exit and continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. At the entrance to the village, after the nursery, turn left before the bridge into Frühlingstraße. Take the 2nd street on the left into Kirchackerweg. After approx. 150 metres turn left and then right into Dr. Aschenbrennerstraße. After approx. 200 metres you will reach your holiday home on the right-hand side.
