Information about the host
Hintergschwendt is a high valley at 830 metres in the mountains between Lake Chiemsee in the north and the Kampenwand in the south. Our farmhouse annexe is situated on a sunny, dreamlike and quiet plateau in the midst of beautiful nature, between Bernau am Chiemsee and Aschau im Chiemgau. Here you will find a place to relax from the stress of everyday life. We have cows, chickens, rabbits, ducks and cats on the working farm. Children are very welcome. Whether it's a walk on the Hintergschwendt high valley, an extended mountain hike or mountain bike tour right from the house to the Kampenwand or the surrounding mountains, Hintergschwendt is an ideal starting point for this. You are welcome to book your dog with us. However, please phone your host after booking to make various arrangements. Info: Dogs must be leashed when walking.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is EUR2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is EUR1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. Mit dem Auto: Autobahn A8 München/Salzburg - Ausfahrt Bernau, links Richtung Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Von Bernau kommend in Richtung Aschau: vorbei an der Ortsausfahrt Bernau, geradeaus ca. 1,5 km bis zum Ortsteil Außerkoy, links in Richtung Hintergschwendt / Seiserhof / Seiseralm abbiegen. Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf ca. 2 km bis Hintergschwendt.
Description of the accommodation
Our ground-level non-smoking holiday flat Paradies, with separate entrance and cosy sun terrace with sunbathing lawn, invites you to dream, relax and laze around. Living room with pull-out couch and large dining table with corner bench and chairs, SAT-TV, free WLAN. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tea towels are available. Large bathroom shower/WC, hairdryer, towels with underfloor heating and two windows. Separate bedroom with double bed, bed linen and parquet floor. The entire flat has parquet and tiled floors. Car parking space in front of the entrance door. You are welcome to bring your dog for an extra charge. Due to the ground level location, our holiday flat is handicapped accessible. Unfortunately, the flat is not suitable for wheelchair users, as the shower is not accessible.

Das Haus lag ganz ruhig und ab vom Tourismus. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden.
Steckdose hängt aus der Wand.
Schlechte Hofbeleuchtung, da Lampe nur flackert.
Duschtür schließt, wenn überhaupt nur sehr schlecht.
Gastgeber haben wir nicht kennengelernt, da Check In nur per Zettel an der Haustür statt gefunden hat.
