The charming village of Cas Concos, with several excellent restaurants, is just minutes away.
Many beautiful coves, including Cala Mondragó and Es Trenc, are a short drive from the house. This lovely country house has been completely renovated.
An oak-studded door leads to the entrance and living area.
All bathrooms and showers are en suite. Ground floor: - Living/dining room with satellite TV (English and German channels) - Double bedroom with en suite shower and door to the garden terrace - Double bedroom with en suite bath/shower - Equipped kitchen - Laundry room with washing machine First floor: - Master double bedroom with plasma TV, whirlpool bath, and upper terrace with stunning views - Double bedroom with en suite bath/shower and upper terrace with views - Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room Next door, with a private entrance, there is a cozy guest house overlooking the pool: - Living/dining area with sofa and plasma TV - Equipped open kitchen The magnificent 12 m pool has comfortably furnished terraces.
