Sunny, central location, yet quiet. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bank, hiking possibilities in the immediate vicinity, bus stop can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. You have a beautiful view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Free parking space is 50 meters away. Distance to Salzburg about 15 km. Our house is located in the ski resort Oberau, the Roßfeld ski slope passes the house. Toboggan run and beautiful winter hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, baby lift and ski and snowboard schools are nearby. Sledges can be rented. Dogs up to 40 cm shoulder height are accepted! We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Abgelegen, aber nicht zu weit weg. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Ferienwohnung hatte einen älteren unsanierten Eindruck hinterlassen. An mehreren Stellen wären Ausbesserungen oder kleinere Reparaturen nötig.
