The holiday apartment Parzinger 2, with a fantastic mountain view, is situated in a quiet location near the beautiful Chiemsee.
The lovingly furnished 90 m² apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to 6 guests.
It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven, two bedrooms each with a double bed (one also with an additional sofa bed for 2 people), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, fans, and a private washing machine.
An iron and dryer can be provided upon request.
With a baby cot, a highchair, and board games, this apartment is particularly family-friendly.
Pets are welcome (maximum 2). Cosy evenings are enhanced by the fireplace.
In the basement, you will find a sauna available for an extra fee. The apartment features two private balconies — one facing south and one facing west — where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner while admiring the magnificent mountain panorama. A selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is only a 5-minute drive away.
The Hochfelln cable car, offering stunning panoramic mountain views, is just a 22-minute drive away.
The Wolfsberg ski lift is 22.4 km away.
The Strandbad Chieming beach is 5.5 km away, where you can swim and enjoy beach volleyball and table tennis.
Parking is available on the property, along with an EV charging station.
Please note that water pressure in the apartment is subject to the local water supply and may be lower than some guests are accustomed to.

Tolle Gastgeber, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Getränke und Brötchenservice im Haus.
Kaminofen schöne Balkone.
Ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es fehlte an gar nichts.
Familie Parzinger hat uns eine wirklich komplett ausgestattete Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Auch der Brötchenservice mit Backwaren von einem sehr guten Bäcker aus Chieming war perfekt.
Insbesondere der Balkon Richtung Berge hatte es uns angetan.
Wir haben nichts an der Ferienwohnung zu bemängeln.

The mountain view. The setting with the horses in the meadow. The big shower. The proximity to lovely day outings. Fully-equipped. Lots of spare cleaning materials. Beds were comfy. The host is super responsive and helpful. Friendly neighbours.
The Holidu profile is not updated by Holidu- so note that the sauna is not private and there is a fee to pay onsite per use. Smell of cigarette smoke in the staircase. The apartment had lots of fish-moths but was otherwise very clean.
