Located in the village of Mauerham, just a few minutes' walk from Lake Tachinger, the charming Julia holiday apartment, which belongs to the Straßer residence, is the perfect accommodation for a quiet and relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of Bavaria.
The child-friendly and high-quality furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom, a children's room with bunk beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Facilities also include WiFi, satellite and cable TV, a cot and a high chair. From the holiday apartment, you have a view of the paddock and apple trees.
The beautiful 3000 m² garden, from which you can see the lake and mountains, is shared with the 3 other holiday apartments in the residence and has a fish pond, table tennis tables and a playground as well as a paddling pool for children.
The private outdoor area has a covered terrace, and in the communal outdoor dining area you can spend your evenings enjoying delicious grilled meat or fresh fish. In just 6 minutes (600 m) you can reach the residence's private beach via a footpath, where you can lie in the sun and take a refreshing dip in the lake while enjoying the magnificent mountain panorama.
The nearest supermarket and a restaurant serving local dishes are located 3 minutes' drive (2.1 km) away in Taching am See. Waging am See, a picturesque town on Lake Waging with many cafés and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive (6.2 km) from the holiday apartment.
Mozart's birthplace, Salzburg, is a 40-minute drive (37 km) away, and the famous Lake Chiemsee is 25 minutes' drive (25 km) west of Mauerham. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. A fee is charged, which depends on the length of stay and the type of animal.

Top Lage am See mit eigenem Seegrundstück, die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich, perfekter Urlaub mit Kind

Freundliche Gastgeberin und einen großen Garten für die Mieter in dem u.a eine Tischtennisplatte verfügbar war dieczwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen war aber ihren Zweck erfüllte.
Das Küchenfenster befindet sich zum direkten Zugang einer weiteren Wohnung. Da dieser erhöht ist musste man sich entweder beobachten lassen oder man hat eben die Jallosie komplett zugezogen.

Der Garten zum spielen für die Kinder
Mauerham liegt 2 km von Taching entfernt mitten im Nirgendwo.
Die Wohnung hat keinen Wohnraum. War uns bei der Buchung nicht klar, sonst hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gebucht.
