The 150 m² villa “Polita” is situated in the gorgeous country outside of Es Carritxo, in the southeast of Mallorca, and is perfect for quiet and relaxing holidays.
The property consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, a baby cot and a highchair.
The spacious private outdoor area will impress you with a big open and covered terrace, where you can have breakfast, relax and enjoy the evenings with delicious barbecued dinners and a glass of wine.
The pool invites you to take refreshing swims, after which you can bask in the deck chairs while looking upon the surrounding mountains.
In the little village of Cas Concos, only a 6-minute drive (4 km) from the property, you will find supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy as well as restaurants.
A number of wonderful beaches can be reached by car within 15 minutes (9 km), and the seaside town of Portocolom, a 16-minute drive (10 km) east of the villa, is well worth a visit and boasts a marina located in a scenic cove.
Mallorca’s vibrant capital city of Palma and the airport can be reached after a 50-minute drive (55 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. License Number: VT/100 Name: Polta des Carritxo

Das die Klimaanlage nicht ging!
Ameisen auf Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer. Klimaanlage ging nur im Wohnzimmer. Alle anderen Defekt! Ubd die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer verlor viel Wasser, sodass der Boden komplett nass war. Stühle und Liegen alt und Marode, sind nach Tag 1 ausgezogen und warten seit 6 Monaten auf unsere Entschädigung. Anwalt wird eingeschaltet

Der Pool und die Lage
Ameisen in der Küche, tropfende Decke im Wohnzimmer, unsauberes Geschirr, Wasserablauf in einer Dusche sehr langsam. Der Grill war unbrauchbar (Durchgerostet).
Die Waschmaschine ist ausgelaufen.
Außenstühle unbrauchbar.
Wir haben einen neuen Grill gekauft, damit wir überhaupt Grillen konnten.
Schöne Terasse, leider kaputte Möbel.

Da wir uns hauptsächlich draußen aufgehalten haben, war es eigentlich schön. Der Pool holte alles raus, was im und um das Haus nicht passte.
Die Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung ist eher lieblos. Tolles, freundliches Personal, Poolpflege, Gärtner, Putzfrauen… Super!
Kaputte Terrassenmöbel und Sonnenschirme,Tropfende Decke, schlechte Matratzen und Kissen, Löcher im Zaun, rumliegende Bretter mit Nägeln. Es hat uns den Urlaub nicht verdorben 😎
