The beautiful Villa Beach Palmitos is located in Can Picafort, in the largest bay of the Balearic Islands between the Natural Park LaAlbufera, Icona and Son Real in the north of Mallorca, only 500 m away from the beach, and is ideal for families and larger groups.
The , newly renovated holiday home is spread over 3 floors and consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (one of them with a single bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Further amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a table tennis table and a television.
The house also has an impressive outdoor area: a balcony, a green garden, 2 furnished terraces (open and covered) with a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a sparkling pool that invites you to take a refreshing dip.
The nearest supermarket is 550 m away from the accommodation (6 minutes on foot); a selection of restaurants, bars and cafés are within 450 m of the property (5 minutes on foot), and the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is only 500 m away (6 minutes on foot).

Lage ist sehr gut
Das Haus muss renoviert werden. Bei regnerischen Tagen kam das Wasser sowohl durch die Fenster als auch ins Bad übers Dach. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht alle richtig schließen.
Die Schränke kann man nicht benutzen, da es durch die Feuchtigkeit des Hauses etwas muffig riecht.
Generell war alles sehr gut. Einfach die Küche war etwas spartanisch .

Schade, dass es keine Bohnenkaffeemaschine hat.
