Can Botana 3 is a beautiful Mediterranean style house located just 100 meters from Cala San Vicente and is part of the exclusive urbanization Villas Can Botana.
Surrounded by a forest of pines and oaks, has a swimming pool and some formidable community gardens.
It also has a porch where you can relax after an exciting day in the north of the island of Mallorca.

The setting of the house was perfect for our needs, with several outside seating areas and the shared pool was ideal.
There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Had a great Summer week at the villa with family. The villa itself was really clean and very well stocked for us to clean up after ourselves (lots of bin bags, fresh sponges, mops, brushes etc) which was good to see.

Ca’n Botana 3 is a beautiful, well equipped villa. It is placed in an elevated position with mountain views. The pool is a good size and is shared between the 12 villas on the complex. It could be busy at times however we also had the pool to ourselves regularly.
