Close to the fine sand along the southern coast of Sardinia, in the charming town of Chia, Villa Chia is composed of 4 separate holiday homes which share an extensive garden with a sea view.
“Appartamento Chia A” offers a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
“Appartamento Chia B” consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchenette, one bathroom, one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
“Appartamento Chia C” features a living/dining room, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Finally, in “Appartamento Chia Grande”, guests will find a living/dining room with a rustic fireplace, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
In total, the 4 homes can therefore accommodate 20 people.
Additional amenities include satellite television, baby cots and Wi-Fi upon request. Outside you will find a large, lush garden, with fresh flowers, a variety of shady trees, an outdoor shower as well as seating areas with views over the mountains and the glittering sea. There is furthermore a barbecue available to prepare delicious meals together. A fantastic selection of white, sandy beaches are just a stone throw’s away: the beach of Su Portu is just 10-minutes walking or 900 m from the property and the beaches of Chia Sa Colonia, Su Giudeu and Campana Dune are between 1.5 - 4 km or a 4 - 9 minutes driving from your front door.
Furthermore, a supermarket and a selection of restaurants with local specialities are just 1 km or a 3-minute drive away. Street parking is available. Towels can be provided, depending on availability upon check-in, at an additional cost. A cot can be provided depending on availability upon check-in. If needed, please contact the owner directly for availability. Please note that waste separation and disposal during your stay is compulsory, any failures or penalties due to this will be deducted from your deposit. Responsible use of air-conditioning devices with respect for the environment and property is required.

Fijn huis in Zuid-Sardinië, genieten van de omgeving, rust en ruimte.

Met vier gezinnen (kinderen met verschillende leeftijden), alle appartementen voor een week gehuurd. We kwamen in een net huis, met fris opgemaakte bedden. Er is een ruime tuin met veel schaduwplekken om te zitten en te liggen.
Op loopafstand van de zee met kiezelstrand, wel is het laatste stuk naa...
Klein nadeel was dat er sprinklers aangingen rond 11 uur in de avond. Wij hebben dit met een lach opgelost door te verplaatsen in de tuin.
Voordeel van de sprinklers was dat het een mooie tuin met gras en bloeiende bloemen was.
Vanuit de omschrijving van Holidu staat dat er handdoeken tot je beschikking zijn, deze zijn er niet!
