In the town of Chia, the holiday home “Chia C” is situated just a stone’s throw away from the fine sand of the southern coast of Sardinia.
The light-filled home features a living/dining room, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include satellite television, a baby cot and Wi-Fi upon request.
Outside you will find a communal garden, shared with 3 other holiday homes, with fresh flowers, an outdoor shower and seating areas with views over the mountains and the glittering sea.
There is furthermore a barbecue available for your private use.
A fantastic selection of white, sandy beaches are just a stone throw’s away: the beach of Su Portu is just 10-minutes walking or 900 m from the property and the beaches of Chia Sa Colonia, Su Giudeu and Campana Dune are between 1.5 - 4 km or a 4 - 9 minutes driving from your front door.
Furthermore, a supermarket and a selection of restaurants with local specialities are just 1 km or a 3-minute drive away.
Street parking is available.
Bed linens are included in the price.
Towels can be provided, depending on availability upon check-in, at an additional cost.
A cot can be provided depending on availability upon check-in.

Well stocked kitchen cookware, knives and table settings. Kitchen and bathroom floors are new. However there was no detergent or soap of any kind. Coffee pot had mold growing in it. Sofa and recliners on the top floor are old and need replacement. Left recliner leans to the left and may tip out someone heavy. Hard wster or mold stains inside the bath tub enclosure doors and one sink.

The house was clean and spacious, location was fantastic with an easy walk to the beach. The communication with the owner was easy and open. We’ll definitely keep it as a favorite for future family trips.

Clean, well appointed house a very short walk from the beach with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed all of the beach gear and toys in the store room. Emerald City is a very pleasant town without the traffic and over development of some coastal areas
