The spacious Casolare di Campagna 2 apartment, located near Alghero in the beautiful Sardinian countryside, is the perfect retreat for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The holiday home features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include fans, a fireplace, and a TV. Enjoy a large garden with a covered terrace, ideal for evenings with meals prepared on the stone barbecue.
Alghero is an 18-minute drive (8.5 km) from the property, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest beach, Lido di Alghero, is just 12 minutes away by car (7 km). The beautiful Bombarde Beach (18 minutes/12.8 km), Lazzaretto Beach (18 minutes/13.3 km), and Porto Conte Park (20 minutes/16.5 km) are also within easy reach.
Stintino, with the stunning La Pelosa Beach, is 51 km away (45 minutes by car). From the nearby port (8.2 km/17 minutes by car), you can take day trips along the coast or reach the famous Neptune Caves in 35 minutes (19.5 km). The airport is 13 km away (16 minutes by car). Parking is available on the property.
Two animals, a dog and the owner's horse, already live on the premises, though the horse is not visible from the apartment.

Quiet and privacy, because no one else was in the other house, then the property would have been a lot less private.
Difficulty finding the property, would not have been possible after sunset. The bedrooms were too small.
