In the village of Playa de la Américas, the charming duplex apartment La Casa De Enzo invites guests with the pool and the location directly in the centre of the town to spend a relaxing holiday.
The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for 2 persons) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ventilators, a washing machine, board games, children's books and satellite TV. The outside area has a garden with a private and furnished terrace, a pool and an outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days.
The nearest restaurant is only a 3-minute walk or a 1-minute drive (270 m) and the nearest bar is a 4-minute walk or a 1-minute drive (300 m) away.
You can do your groceries in the supermarket, which is only 5 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car (450 m) away.
Enjoy the sun and the sea at the beach Playa del Camisón, which you can reach within 12 minutes by foot and within 2 minutes by car (950 m). For trips without a car, the nearest bus stop is only a 3-minute walk (250 m) from the property. There is no elevator inside the apartment or in the building, the property is a duplex between the third and fourth floors.

Great location in playa de Las Americas close to the beach and shops. Gated access to unit. Great communication by host. Very spacious 3 bed, 2 bath unit with plenty of room. Would stay again! Highly recommend.
