Located in Málaga, in the peaceful yet well-connected village of Arriate, bright Villa Victoria offers stunning views of the countryside and a charming outdoor area.
The house features a rustic living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen accessible through an archway from the living room, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with single beds), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.
There is also an extra room that can be used as a playroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a radiator, fireplace, washing machine, TV, crib, and high chair. In addition to the typical Ronda-style balcony, you’ll find a garden and a beautiful partially covered terrace with a dining table, perfect for meals prepared on the barbecue.
The property also offers a saltwater pool and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off in summer.
Just 140 m away (2 minutes on foot), Bodega Vetas offers tours and wine tastings.
A wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés can be found in Arriate, only 3 minutes by car (1.5 km). Surrounded by nature, hiking and cycling enthusiasts will find many trails nearby. Parking spaces are available.

La zona de la piscina junto al porchecito que tienen es muy acogedor !! Poder estar entre amigos y sin perder de vista a los más pequeños ! Estaba todo muy limpio y no les falta ni un detalle ❤️

La casa era perfecta, tenia todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias estupendos, una piscina con vistas al atardecer ideales. Todo muy limpio y unas instalaciones muy cuidadas.
Mavi y Fede son unos anfitriones maravillosos, muy atentos en todo momento.

The house was very comfortable. Had an outside kitchen/cooking area and a lovely pool and sun area. We were made very welcome by Fede and he answered our every query promptly and with great kindness. A beautiful location and quiet location over looking the hills and countryside.
We enjoyed everything.
