Close to the beautiful walking trails in the centre of Fuerteventura, the holiday home Casa Laura sits on a fenced, 1,000 m² plot of land in the rolling landscape outside the quiet village of La Ampuyenta.
Constructed with rustic stone and wood, the eco-friendly holiday home is powered by solar panels (with an automatically activated engine in case there is not enough energy) and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom.
The property can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and parasols and beach chairs to take to the seaside.
Offering a baby cot, a highchair, toys and children’s books, this property is furthermore especially family-friendly.
In your generous outdoor area, you will find a shady veranda with a dining table, a barbecue area and a garden with lava stones and regional vegetation.
From here you have a marvelous view of the mountains surrounding the property.
You can reach a nice selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops in 8 minutes driving (6.4 km) in the town of Antigua.
Many beautiful hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity and the sandy beach Playa del Castillo is only a 20-minute drive or 17 km away. Parking spaces are available on the property. According to local authorities, all guests must leave their identification details to the owner. Guests who are not included in the booking are prohibited, as well as any type of events and parties.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate departure of guests and cancellation of the reservation without the right to refund.
