This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment at the fantastic resort style complex of Grande Caribbean, South Pattaya.
The condo consists of an open plan living and kitchen area, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a balcony. Key Features 4th floor 37 square meters 1 bedroom 1 modern bathroom with shower fully furnished European kitchen washing machine air conditioning 1 balcony Grande Caribbean Condominium is a themed resort that is fantastic for families; it set amidst lush tropical gardens, expansive pools, and interactive pirate ships.
Residents here benefit from many fantastic facilities, including: huge multi-level swimming pools, 2 wooden interactive pirate ships, Jacuzzi’s, children’s play park, sauna & steam room, tropical gardens, a games room with pool tables and a movie room, fitness center, free parking, key card entry and 24-hour security & Cctv. Can easily get around the city with the use of the local baht bus which only costs 10 baht per trip Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 5,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
