In the northeastern commune of Budoni in Sardinia, this holiday apartment with a great sea view is just a short walk from both the centre and the beautiful beach of Porto Ottiolu.
Located on the first floor, the apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, one bedroom as well as one bathroom with beautiful Sardinian tiles.
The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a baby cot.
In the outdoor area you will find a spacious, covered balcony with a dining table, a barbecue and an amazing view of the glittering sea.
You can reach both the marina and the central town square, with shops, restaurants and cafes, in 8 minutes walking (600 m). The white beach of Spiaggia di Porto Ottiolu and the crystal clear sea furthermore await you just 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk from your front door.
Here you can do water sports under the warm sun and go on sailboat excursions to explore the area. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. Guests are kindly requested not to leave on the air conditioning on if they are not in the room. The property is 30 km from the port and airport of Olbia.
