The beautiful property, with a mountain view, consists of a living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The property boasts a view of the mountains of Sass Pordoi, Vernel and Crepa Neigra where the international DoloMyths Run Vertical Kilometer and the DoloMyths Run Skyrace are held in summer.

In mid-March, the famous Sellaronda Ski Marathon also takes place here.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite and cable television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair.

Furthermore, there is also a place to store your skis as well as a boot warmer.

Due to its excellent location, shops, ski rentals, bars, restaurants and a bakery can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes.

Within a 5-minute walk you will reach the Belvedere ski lift and in a 23-minute walk you will find the wellness center Dolaondes with a swimming pool with salt water, slides, a sauna as well as a gym.

This is the perfect accommodation for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers as many hiking and cycling trails start right on front of the property. There is a thermal station open all year long about 10 Km away. Parking spaces are available on the property and one parking space is available in the garage (depending on availability).
