In Eggstätt, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, the cosy holiday apartment "Alpenblick" is located on the 2nd floor and borders directly on green fields.
The 50 m² apartment consists of a large living room with a single bed that can be used as a couch during the day, a well-equipped open kitchen, a beautiful Art Nouveau bedroom, another bed in the hallway in a cozy niche, as well as a bathroom.
It can accommodate 4 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a cot, board games, children's books, and a high chair.
The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace with views of fields and meadows.
You can relax on sun loungers and in the dining area and enjoy communal meals. A supermarket is 450 m from the accommodation and restaurants are 650 m away.
The lakeside at the Hartsee is 1 km or an 11-minute walk away.
There are many other lakes within a 10-minute drive, and Lake Chiemsee is also nearby.
A short drive takes you to beautiful and interesting excursion destinations such as Herrenchiemsee Castle, Salzburg, and the mountains. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Please note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only—there is no lift.
Guests with limited mobility should be aware of this. The bathroom features a shower over bath with a sloped ceiling.

Der Hartsee war fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind frisch saniert worden (die Internet Bilder waren bei uns noch veraltet)

Die Wohnung war groß und sauber, schöne Aussicht
Ich musste draußen Parken, beim buchen wurde zu gesichert im Grundstück Parken, Balkon Türen nicht richtig funktionsfähig, kein Mücken Schutz an Fenster und Balkon Türen, oder einer der defekt war, sat tv unmöglich, nur 6 funktionierende Sender, bei starken Regen war es ganz weg, Heizung bekamen wir am dritten Tag, aber nicht regulierbar,

Wir waren mit An-und Abreise insgesamt 5 Tage dort. Alles verlief ohne Komplikationen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Um alles erlebte und gesehene zu beschreiben, reichen die Zeichen gar nicht aus. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.
