The unique holiday home “La Casita del Viejo” in a rural setting is located in Guía de Isora and boasts a view of the sea and mountains.
The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, 4 bedrooms (one with one single bed and one bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair (upon request).
In your private outdoor area, you will find an open terrace, a garden, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a pool, which is open all year round.
There is also a football and basketball court on the property and the balls are provided.
Relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool and take a dip in the water to cool down on summer days.
A 5-minute drive away in Chío you will find a bar, a restaurant and a supermarket.
In a 20-minute drive, you will reach San Juan where you will find a greater selection of restaurants, bars and cafes.
Here you can spend the day at the beautiful beach Playa de Alcalá and enjoy the Spanish sun. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
There is also a ping-pong table for guests to enjoy. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets and parties are not allowed. Visits are not allowed and in if a guest out of the reservation arrives to visit, the host needs to be informed and the person needs to be registered. The house is run on solar panels and for this reason, there is no microwave or toaster as they consume a lot of electricity.
Please do not bring your own devices. There are two security cameras located at the entrance, they are activated by a movement sensor so are not constantly recording.
There is no air conditioning, however, the house does not get very warm in the summer. Jorge and Luz Marina, the owners of the property, reside with their dog in a small cottage located 45 meters away from the main house.
Please note that unregistered visitors or guests are not allowed on the property.
Upon arrival, they will welcome you with fresh seasonal fruit and provide you with access to the house, as well as any necessary information. There are several cats that roam around the property, but pets are not allowed inside the house. To access the property, and as a prerequisite and fundamental rule of the property, the deposit must be paid during the 2 days prior to the check-in date by bank transfer, bizum or cash.
The host will provide further details.
