Due to the local regulation, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and peace of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noises are not allowed from 11 pm to 10 am. For the same reason, the property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. For the previously mentioned reasons, only guests over 35 years old can check-in.

Villa Bellver, which stretches over 2 floors, is located in one of the most elegant neighbourhoods in Palma and is the ideal accommodation for families who are seeking a stress-free holiday. The property consists of a living room, a dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (all with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the villa offers a large terrace with a table and chairs for 10 people. In your private outdoor area you will find a wonderful garden dotted with palm trees, furnished terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, a private gym as well as a barbecue. Sunbathe on the sun loungers by the pool and unwind with a good book. In the evening, enjoy a delicious barbecued meal under the stars.
