The apartment “Mar Azul Del Sur” is located on the 9th floor of a modern apartment complex in Marazul on the island of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and boasts a wonderful view of the sea. The stylish property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine.
Furthermore, the charming property boasts a private, furnished terrace where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you overlook the glistening sea. The complex also offers a shared outdoor area with a pool (open all year round) as well as an outdoor shower.
Relax on the comfortable sun loungers with a good book and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. In the evening, watch the sun disappear behind the horizon from your terrace.
The closest bar is located just a 2-minute walk away (160 m) while the nearest restaurant is just 7-minute walk away (550 m). In 2 minutes on foot you will reach the supermarket (200 m). Playa de Ricasa beach is just 1.5 km from the apartment and can be reached on foot in 18 minutes.

la piscina e la terrazza
bagno senza finestra e ventilazione non funzionante ,rubinetto doccia rotto,pezzo di pavimento che si stacca,lavatrice bisognava svuotarla perchè si riempiva continuamente allagando il bagno letto piccolo,e scomodo e mancanza della presenza del proprietario.

Elettrodomestici non funzionano (lavatrice perde acqua, il frigo praticamente non funzionante).
Ho comprato una stanza con un bagno ampio e con doccia “murata” e un frigo che sembrava nuovo, arrivata alla stanza vedo un bagno piccolissimo (dal wc se mi piegavo toccavo il lavandino), vasca gocciolan...
