The villa Las Calderetas is located in the town of Mancha Blanca, just a 25-minute drive from Puerto del Carmen, and boasts a wonderful mountain view.
The spacious property consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and cable television.
Offering children’s toys, books, a baby cot and a highchair, this house is also child-friendly.
Furthermore, the beautiful villa boasts a private outdoor area with 2 furnished terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a private pool and comfortable sun loungers where you can spend your day relaxing with a good book.
The nearest restaurant as well as the closest supermarket are both a 7-minute walk away (500 m).
Approximately 6 minutes away by car you will find a greater selection of restaurants, bars and cafes in the town of Tinajo.
The nearest beach, Playa Tenesar, is a 12-minute drive away (7.3 km).
In approximately 8 minutes driving you will reach Timanfaya National Park where you can experience unique volcanic landscapes.
The popular holiday destination, Puerto del Carmen, with its beautiful beaches and harbours, is just 16.4 km from the villa.

Das Haus war soweit okay. Parkplatz war vorhanden auf dem Grundstück. Der Pool hat die Größe wie auf dem Bild, aber leider kalt.
Es war nicht genug Besteck für 6 Personen vorhanden. Es gab nur 4 Liegen am Pool, wobei eine kaputt war. Auflagen gibt es nur zwei. Die zwei Sonnenschirme sind von der Sonne stark angegriffen. Ich habe mich daran verletzt.
Die Kaffeemaschine ist uralt und leckt. Die Mikrowelle hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Ich würde nicht dort wieder hingehen.

Great villa, well maintained , with most things you need, it was nice to arrive and have milk, water, tea, coffee, washing up items and good WiFi and comfortable beds. It would have been ice to put in the listing that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms was in a separate , building to the rest, great for a family with parents or friends. Thank you Ainhoa

La casa no tiene comodidad. No puedes climatizar el interior. Mala distribución, no tiene sofás cómodos donde poder ver la TV. En el comedor tienes que ver la TV sentado en la mesa. Cocina muy mal equipada y con un olor horrible. Los muebles de la casa son antiquísimos. En resumen muy casa muy incom...
