Villa Maria Beatrice is located in Quartu Sant'Elena, in the south of Sardinia, and boasts a stylish interior with neutral shades of white and cream.
The barrier-free, 150 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and 2 each with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The child-friendly holiday home's amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a game console, toys, children's books, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair.
In outdoor area of the accommodation, which is almost 1,500 m2, you will find a beautifully landscaped garden, a covered terrace and a stone barbecue.
Drink a delicious aperitif in the lounge area under the pergola in the evening, enjoy delicious barbecue dishes at the long dining table with your loved ones or relax on the comfortable wicker furniture.
There is also a jacuzzi and outdoor showers.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located within 2.7 km (5 minutes by car) and the nearest beach, Sant'Andrea, is 3.3 km away.
Listen to the gentle sound of the waves and bathe in the crystal-clear water - everyday stress is quickly forgotten! Parking is available on the property.

We have rented several houses before, but the Villa Maria Beatrice was by far the best house !!!. The house was fully furnished with an attention to detail. The equipment was very well maintained and in very good condition. We were with 5 adults for a week in the villa and could enjoy the large gard...

Stayed in Sardinia for 7 days and had a wonderful time using Amelia’s home as our home base. Really thoughtful host who was friendly and commutative. House had every amenity you could want and more. Loved the massage jet bath tub! Couldn’t have asked for a better home or host. Thank Amelia!
