On the southern coast of Lanzarote, the beautiful Villa Mariola is situated in quiet neighborhood of Playa Blanca, just a short walk from the golden beach.
Constructed in a style characteristic of Lanzarote, with large stones and a white exterior, the villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms, fans, a fireplace, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television.
The property is furthermore especially family-friendly, as it offers a baby cot, a high chair, children’s toys, and children’s books.
The outdoor area of the fenced property, offering marvelous ocean views, has everything you could wish for. Sun loungers surround a large, heated pool, a generous garden features lava stones and cacti and a furnished terrace invites you to enjoy meals together in the fresh air. Cook up some culinary delights on the barbecue and relax under the starry sky with a cocktail in hand.
The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive or 2.2 km away, where you will also find a limited number of restaurants.
You can reach the centre of Playa Blanca, with a large assortment of shops, eateries, bars, and cafes, in about 8 minutes driving (or 5 km). Due to the property’s seaside location in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the sandy beach Playa de Montaña Roja is just 600 m or an 8-minute walk from your front door.
Meanwhile, the larger beach of Playa Flamingo is 4 km away.

Nicht das neueste und nicht das schickste Haus, aber das Preis-Leistung -Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch okay. Garten ist fast uneinsehbar. Man findet immer ein windgeschütztes Plätzchen, Beheizter Pool war sehr angenehm, die Nähe zum Meer auch. Haus war e...

Wunderschöner Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung, super sauber!
Allegmein ist die ganze Villa sehr sauber. Die Betten sind auch okay! Ein schönes modernes Badezimmer!

Billardtisch ist abgerockt und in die Jahre gekommen. Fernseher läuft übers Internet und muss dem öfteren neu verbunden werden. Erst 2 Tage vor Abreise lief es bei uns. Der Nachbar der fest daneben wohnt, hört etwas schlecht und dementsprechend ist sein Fernseher bis in die Nacht hinein, sehr laut ;...
