Located in the north of the island, within driving distance of both La Oliva and Villaverde, the stunning Villa Tranquila, which is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, impresses guests with its beautiful rustic decor and fantastic outdoor area.
The exclusive house, which boasts a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains, guarantees guests an unforgettable holiday as well as a high degree of privacy.
Furthermore, the villa with its exposed wooden beams consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 spacious bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, a dryer and a television.
The highlight of this property is definitely the impressive private outdoor area, which consists of an open terrace, a garden, a pool (open all year round), an outdoor shower, a barbecue as well as a shaded area with sun loungers, where you can spend your days absorbing the warm Spanish sun. Wake up to a view of the fantastic mountain from your bedroom and enjoy a hot cup of coffee outside on the open terrace.
On warm summer days, enjoy a swim in the large pool and then in the evening, enjoy a delicious barbecued meal with the family.
End the day with a glass of full-bodied wine outside on the garden furniture under the stars.
Approximately 7 minutes away driving, in Villaverde, you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Here you will also find the nearest supermarket, just a 6-minute drive away (5.2 km). The beautiful beach Playa Vista Lobos with its soft, white sand and clear blue water awaits your visit just 17 minutes away by car (13.5 km). Here you can spend a relaxing day with the family and create unforgettable holiday memories. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is a security system at the property that includes a unit in every room, pointing at the windows (entry points), with a motion sensor and a camera that takes a few pics when it detects movement (it never records video), but only when the security system is active.

Sehr schöne, grosse und ruhige Liegenschaft mit sehr gut ausgestatter Küche. Ein, zwei mehr Sonnenliegen könnten nicht schaden. Der grosse Tisch u. Stühle draussen haben auch schon bessere Jahre gesehen. Alles in allem haben wir unsere Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen.

Tutto perfetto, solo la piscina non è riscaldata ed essendo una casa ecologica bisogna stare attenti a non usare troppa elettricità in quanto è fornita da pannelli solari

Tolle Lage im Norden, fast für dich alleine. Die Dünen von Corralejo sind schnell in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. 3 Objekte gehören zu dieser Einheit, man hat aber noch genügend Privatsphäre. Das Ferienhaus ist groß genug, um 8 Leute sehr bequem unterzubringen, die Ausstattung ist gut genug, der Garten ...
