Consisting of a living room with a sofa bed (for 1 person), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom, the property, which boasts a modern interior, can accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable television.
Wake up surrounded by beautiful nature and enjoy your morning coffee outside in the fresh air. Unwind on the wonderful balcony, while admiring the mountain view.
A variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the surrounding areas, just approximately 5 minutes away by car. The nearest supermarket is also only a 3-minute drive or 1.2 km away.
The apartment is particularly suitable for sport enthusiasts and nature lovers due to its proximity to multiple excellent hiking and walking trails.
Spend a peaceful day at one of the nearby lakes (approximately 15 minutes away by car) or take a trip on a cable car to the top of the Rauschberg mountain (14-minute drive or 12.1 km away), where you can enjoy some of the most magnificent panorama views.

The most amazing house or hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The host is as close to perfection as you can get! All essentials for kitchen were included. House was spotless in cleanliness. Everything was labeled and easy to understand. I would recommend anyone to stay in that house.
