Located on a 1100 m² fenced property on the outskirts of the center of Conil de la Frontera, the Casa Chiqui holiday home guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility for an unforgettable holiday.

With a classic decoration, the holiday home consists of a living room with white arches and a rustic fireplace, a dining room with beautiful glass vases, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) , as well as 2 bathrooms, so it has capacity for 6 people.

Additional services include Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning and cable TV (with international channels). With a cot, high chair and baby bath (on request), as well as children's toys and books, this house is also ideal for families.

In the large outdoor area of the property, you will find a fenced pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower where you can relax and cool off in the sun. On the large open terrace, lined with regional flowers and plants, you can spend relaxing hours with your loved ones. In addition, there is a beautiful covered dining room outside, surrounded by glass cabinets, where you can keep refreshing drinks in the fridge and dine together at the long table overlooking the garden.

Prepare a delicious dinner on the barbecue with local ingredients and enjoy it in one of the several outdoor dining areas that this property has to offer.

The center of Conil, with a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, is just 2.5 km or a 5-minute drive away.

In addition, the region's beautiful sandy coastline, with beaches such as Playa Fuente del Gallo and Playa De Los Bateles, awaits your visit about 5 km or a 9-minute drive from its front door. There are 3 parking spaces (2 with a roof and one without a roof) available on the property. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Bachelor parties are not allowed. The moments of rest, especially at night, must be respected to maintain a friendly relationship with the neighbors. Bachelor parties and parties are not allowed. Reservations for groups of young people are not allowed. Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially in regards to dishes (which must be washed and put away) and garbage (which must be taken out). If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning charge.* Late check in accepted, confirm arrival time with the property.
