In the beautiful countryside of central Lanzarote, this holiday apartment is situated on an idyllic, rural estate in San Bartolomé with one large house and an additional apartment and shares access to a large, heated pool area.

The apartment is decorated in a typical Lanzarote style and consists of a bright living/dining room with a sofa bed and an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 spacious bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one large bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include ramps and doors adapted for wheelchairs, Wi-Fi, a 43" Smart TV, a baby cot and a highchair.

On your private, open terrace, furnished with a small table and comfortable chairs, you are invited to begin the day with a fresh cup of coffee and the newspaper or round off the evenings with a glass of wine.

In the communal outdoor area of the rural estate, shared with the home and the other apartment, you will find an outdoor shower and a generous, heated pool, which is open all year round.

On the communal terrace you can sunbathe on one of the loungers before jumping in for a swim! From your window and from the outdoor area, you have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains as well as of the deep, blue ocean on the horizon.

Within a 10-minute walk, you will find several supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants in the charming centre of San Bartolomé.

Furthermore, the diverse cultural activities and shops as well as the sandy beach of Playa del Reducto are located 8.5 km or a 10-minute drive away in the capital Arrecife.

The popular beach of Playa Honda is also only a 12-minute drive or (or 7 km) from the property. Up to 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
