Boasting an unbeatable location in the municipality of Chieming/Egerer near the banks of the beautiful Chiemsee Lake, the ground-floor Apartment Oestreich is perfect for those seeking a relaxing, unforgettable holiday in one of Germany’s most stunning locations.
This simple but modern holiday apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom.
This property can therefore accommodate up to 4 people.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable television.
Wake up to the perfect holiday feeling by pouring yourself a cup of coffee and relaxing on the open outdoor terrace, where you can admire the beautiful plants around you and plan the perfect day ahead.
Cook up a delicious meal in the evenings and unwind while sipping on a glass of wine.
A barbecue is available upon request.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find the next supermarket (just 800 m or 10 minutes away by foot) and a bakery (750 m or a 10-minute walk away).
Try out the typical Bavarian cuisine by dining in one of the nearby restaurants located in the surrounding districts.
These can be reached within approximately 6 minutes by car.
Bars and cafes can also be found in the nearby areas, the closest one also being just a 6-minute drive away (3 km).

Das Haus war der Beschreibung entsprechend ausgestattet, hell und mit einer netten Terrasse, die man auch im Regen nutzen kann. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir hatten 5 Tage kühles Regenwetter im Hochsommer und haben etwas gefroren, aber dafür kann die Ferienwohnung nichts 😉

Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung, Nähe zum Lidl und zum Bäcker nur 500 m
Kein WLAN verfügbar über die gesamte Woche, die Kaffeemaschine braucht dreimal so lang wie eine übliche, mäßiges Licht in der Küche, keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Räder um vor Regen zu schützen.
