It is a few hundred meters from the natural beach of Punta Molara, the vacation home Nido is located within a residence in an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by the green Sardinian vegetation.
The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a room with an equipped equipped kitchen, double bed and a bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 2 people.
The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, usable outside, air conditioning and TV cable.
Outside there is an appurtenant garden with a small octagonal veranda, a barbecue and natural shade.

The natural beach of Punta Molara is right in front 600 meters from the front door, and other beaches are a maximum of 15 minutes away by car.
The beach of Cala Juniper, sand, pebbles, and rocks, is 600 meters from the rental, 6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, and Cala Girgolu bay 3.5 km away is 6 minutes by car, Brandinchi beach, as well as that of Lu Impostu and Porto Taverna are 5 km away.
The sandy beach La Cinta, in San Teodoro, is 8 km and 10 minutes away by car, while in the center of San Teodoro (9 km and 15 minutes by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and especially in the evening there is a populated movida of teens and adults. Please note that the Wi-Fi signal strength is optimal outside; inside, the signal may decrease. The house is equipped with the following paid equipment: electricity, bed linen, towels, climate and final cleaning. Included in the price exclusive and unlimited WiFi, water, kitchen gas and 1 private parking space. Car or motorcycle essential.
