In the popular holiday destination Baja Sardinia in northern Sardinia, the holiday home Villetta Cap Schiera is part of the residence Le Mimose near the beautiful, sandy beach of the town.
The residence is located in a highly quiet area in a closed residential complex, accessible only to its residents to guarantee utmost privacy.
The cottage has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
It is also equipped with fans and a television.
Outside there is a garden with a covered terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals with a refreshing glass of wine and enjoy the evening overlooking the glittering sea.
A supermarket is 1.4 km or 18 minutes away on foot and a selection of restaurants as well as the long, sandy beach are an 11-minute walk (750 m) away.
Spend a relaxing holiday on the warm, white sand and tan under the Italian sun.
A golf course is located within 20 km of the property. Parking is available on the street.

Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und guter Küchenausstattung für unsere intensive Nutzung. Große Terrasse für gutes und (selten) schlechtes Wetter. der wilde Garten war ein schönes Abbild des natürlichen Sardinien.
Vermieter sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar für individuelle Auskünfte.
Meerblick vorhanden, aber leider nur bei seitlichem Blick von der Terrasse. Der Weg zum sehr schönen Strand und ins Zentrum von Baia Sardinia war mit 10 Min an manchen heißen Tagen etwas anstrengend.

The vacations in this villa have been just perfect. The host was very kind and very reactive to our needs. He gave very good tips for the island and helped us to have a good stay. The location of the villa is very nice, you can see the sea from the terrace and the outside area is very relaxing.
