The apartment is situated on the ground floor and offers a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a highchair.
The absolute highlight is the outdoor area: there awaits you a furnished terrace and a well-kept garden with a lawn, fragrant flowers and Mediterranean plants.

Wohnung sauber. Garage vorhanden. Ausstattung der Küche
Wohnung liegt etwas abgelegen, Fussballplatz gegenüber. Die vielen Stechfliegen. Fehlendes Blaulicht.

Lage - Vorort, weit ab vom Schuss, 50m bis zum Gardasee ist (bewusst?) falsche Angabe in Beschreibung
Lärm - vom benachbarten Sportplatz und Wohnung im Obergeschoss
Nächtliche Belüftung nicht möglich aufgrund bodentiefe Fenster und fehlendene Fliegengitter
Küche - fehlende große Gläser und Tassen. Generell zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck
Alles in orde....ondergrondse garage inbegrepen...
