Located directly on the seaside in the charming fishing town of Morro Jable, the holiday apartment Palm Garden 325 is part of a stunning resort and boasts magnificent views of the sea and the golden beach of Jandía from its balcony.
Situated on the 3rd floor of the apartment complex (with 3 elevators), the luminous apartment consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (for one person each), a kitchen, one bedroom (with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (upon request and for an extra charge), fans, a HD TV with international channels and a communal laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The complex is additionally accessible for wheelchairs and outside you will find wheelchair ramps, pavement, and a flat route to the beach.
Share a delicious meal on your spacious, furnished balcony, which faces south, and absorb the stunning view of the glittering sea. The communal outdoor area of the complex offers a large terrace with parasols and sun loungers as well as a generous pool and a children’s pool.
Here you will also find a poolside restaurant, billiard tables, and hammocks.
Just beyond the entrance of the complex, you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a medical center and a pharmacy.
An even greater selection of shops are in the centre of Morro Jable, which is 1.5 km or a 20-minute walk away.
The romantic beach promenade and the stunning white sands of Playa Jandía are just 100 m from the apartment.
Here you can surf, take a diving lesson, or just relax on the golden shore and listen to the calming waves. Taxis are close by. A 24-hour reception is available in the complex with all tourist information and services you may need.
