The Fagiano one-room apartment is located in the small municipality of Punta Sardegna and boasts a fantastic outdoor area.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a double bed as well as one bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Further amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi (from May to October) and satellite TV. Moreover, there is a communal garden shared with the guests of the surrounding apartments with a dining area and sun loungers.
Enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air, start the day with a hot cup of coffee and admire the beautiful cacti that grow in the garden.
A restaurant is 500 m or a 6-minute walk away and a larger selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located in Palau, which is 3.6 km or 7 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Porto Rafael and Baia di Nelson, respectively, are 250 m (a 3-minute walk) and 450 m (a 7-minute walk) away.
Spend a relaxing holiday here with your loved ones and forget the stress of everyday life! Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed (upon request, for an extra charge). Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra charge.

Am wie die Bettwäsche für die Bett, 34 Euro jeden Woche aber am Ende hatte nie eine mal gewechselt, und diese Büro war echt unfreundlich und immer Böse, die Apartments war nicht wie in die Foto war, aber die Rest war gut am wie die Strände in die Nähe

Alleen locatie en goed bed
Koud vochtig huis met muffe kasten bestek voor 2 met 17 borden pannen en waterkoker + zoo n pruttelende Italiaans koffieapparaat
Voor de rest niks van keukenartikelen zoals zout peper thee etcetera tv deed het niet aircomet batterijen van tv aangezet 1 stand 18 graden (meer konniet)
Kortom het wa...

Rien !
Télé en panne, pas de réseau wifi, pourtant vendu par cet agent immobilier malhonnête, la vétusté de l’appartement. Et l’appartement plongé dans la pénombre 24/24!!
