On the outskirts of the town of Artà, the Finca Can Siurell is located on a 10,000 m² property, which boasts an extensive olive grove exuding Mediterranean charm.
Across 150 m² of living space, the country home offers a comfortable living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with a queen size bed and one with a bunk bed for 2 persons) and 2 bathrooms.
It can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
The table on the covered terrace invites you to enjoy freshly grilled meals with a glass of wine.
Relax in the hammock and let your gaze wander over the garden with its wide lawn and Mediterranean vegetation.
The absolute highlight is the 40 m² pool, whose area is equipped with sun loungers, sunshades and a ping-pong table.

A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 1.3 km in Artà and the enchanting beaches and bays of the east coast are 12-20 km away from the accommodation. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Terassen und der Pool sind fantastisch.
Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht.
Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang inklusive Wein und lokalen Spezialitäten.
Das Hochbett im Kinderzimmer quietscht leider sehr, insbesondere wenn sich ein Kind oben im Bett bewegt.

La acogida, con ensaimada y fruta, todo un detalle! La amplitud y la variedad de estancias de la casa. Dos baños completos.
El olor a humedad de los muebles de una de las habitaciones.
No tener disponibilidad de cubos grandes para tirar la basura.

Die Finca sieht absolut so aus wie aus den Bildern. Es ist in einer super Lage und traumhaft schön! Der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber war problemlos und extrem freundlich. Zur Begrüßung haben wir sogar Massen an Obst, Wein und Gebäck erhalten. Ich kann die Finca absolut empfehlen!
Das einzige kleine Manko das die Filteranlage am Pool nicht richtig funktioniert hat und somit der Boden nach einem Tag dreckig war. Gereinigt wurde der Boden bei einem Aufenthalt von zehn Tagen nur einmal.
