In Santanyí, a municipality in southeastern Mallorca, you will find the 3-storey Es Campanar holiday home.
Located in a quiet side street near the centre, it is perfect for a family holiday with children.
The 250 year old and modernised holiday home offers a bright living/dining room with a stylish interior and a natural stone wall, a TV room with access to the rooftop terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms.
It can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, a staircase guard, board games, a baby cot and a high chair.
Several highlights await you in the beautiful outdoor area! You can cool off in the pool in the small patio of the accommodation or enjoy the view from the balcony.
Especially the roof-top terrace impresses guests with its view of the church as well as its cosy lounge furniture and sun loungers.
Here you can enjoy meals from the barbecue or end mild summer evenings with a glass of delicious wine.
Here the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten! Thanks to its ideal location, you can reach the town centre with a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés after only 200 m.
To the dreamlike Cala Santanyí with its fine sand and turquoise blue water you get after 3.9 km or a 7-minute drive.
The landlords provide free parking.
Parking is 5 minutes from the accommodation.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

War alles gut und so wie beschrieben.
Die Terrasse hatte keine Beschattung, Sonnensegel oder Schirm. Für zwei Wochen Aufenthalt hätte ich mir 2 kleine und zwei Große Handtücher je Person gewünscht.
Ein tolles Stadthaus in perfekter Lage im schönsten Ort Mallorcas.

Super Lage direkt in der Stadt. 1 Minute zum Marktplatz mit vielen Restaurants und tollen Geschäften. Einige der schönsten Strände und Buchten von Mallorca sind mit dem Auto in 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
