In the heart of Conil de la Frontera, the beautiful apartment 'Un Lugar en el Paraíso' offers you an excellent location for a beach holiday.
Located on the second floor, this cozy apartment, tastefully decorated in maritime colors, consists of a bright living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), as well as a bathroom, so it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and satellite and cable TV. On the private balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs, you can enjoy a glass of wine outdoors after a long day at the beach.
One of the greatest attractions of the property is its exceptional location in the center of Conil de la Frontera: a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and cafés, as well as beautiful churches and a bicycle rental shop, are just a few steps away.
The spectacular beaches of the area are only a 10-minute walk away, ideal for relaxing under the sun and enjoying the sea. There is street parking.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The cleaning service, which also covers electricity use, is available for an additional fee. Groups under 25 years are not accepted.
Smoking, parties or events are prohibited, and you must respect the neighbors' quiet hours.
