Located in Llucmajor, the Villa Conchita has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people and 1 bedroom with a trundle bed for 2 people) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property features a private outdoor area complete with a pool, garden, and open terrace. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Parking is available in the street and in front of the house, less than a minute walking from the property there is a charging station for electric cars. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Guests under the age of 25 are not permitted to book this property.
Please refrain from making a reservation if you are a young group.
Additionally, parties, events and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. The property has step-free access and interior. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. Please note that the area around the house is often frequented by curious stray cats who, although they do not belong to the property, are sometimes seen in the garden.
