The finca Can Xisco is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Artà and only a few kilometres away from the east coast.
It encompasses a rustic house that combines Mallorcan style with modern comfort, as well as 8,000 m² of land.
The finca offers 180 m² of living space, a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an adjoining dining area, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms.
It can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
Outside, you will find a seating area under a gazebo as well as a covered patio, which is adjacent to the natural stone facade of the accommodation.
There you will find a lounge area with comfortable furniture and a dining area for 8 people.
Prepare delicious meals on the barbecue or refresh yourself in the 50 m² private pool, which is lined with sun loungers and sunshades.
In the flowery garden you are surrounded by Mediterranean plants and can enjoy views of towering palm trees and the mountain range on the horizon.
After only 950 metres, or a minute's drive/ a 12-minute walk, you will find the village of Artà withshops, restaurants, bars and cafés.
For those who long for fine, sandy beaches and a crystal, clear sea, there are the beautiful bays of the eastern coast, such as Cala Ratjada, which are 10-13 km away from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property.
