The condominium "Eco del Mare"is located in Lido di Pomposa on the Mare Adriatico street.
It is a beachfront property and consists of 9 floors with two lifts, has a private beach where are positioned the umbrellas of the apartments, one for each apartment.
The sandy beach is prepared by 15/5 at 15/9 each year, where each guest can relax with his family full of fun between sand and sea. Communal parking (not enough for everyone).
The house is equipped with TV, washing machine and air conditioning in trial split.
The accommodation includes an umbrella and two chairs in the beach below the building. Located in the center of Lido Pomposa, served by numerous shops and right on the sea with direct access to the private beach from the common area, is ideal for families with children and for those who want to spend the holidays without using transportation.
The perfect location allows you to sit and relax on the balcony to admir beautiful sunrises. BEDS The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed. SERVICES ON REQUEST to be booked in advance or added to the cart in case of online booking: Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. ANIMAL HOSPITALITY Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.
In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money. BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.). If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged. The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00. TOURIST TAX € 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
