In Sant Joan de Labritja, Villa Sa Plana d'en Miquel is situated on an 18 000m² plot of land in an idyllic, quiet location surrounded by fields and with mountain views.
The 2-storey, contemporary house enchants guests with its exceptional architecture and has a living room with a large grand piano, a dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with extra long beds (one is a children's room with an integrated bathroom and another bedroom upstairs has partial walls) and 4 bathrooms.
The property can therefore accommodate 9 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a trouser press, toys, children's books and a baby cot. The outdoor area is also impressive with its linear design and minimalist colour scheme.
Enjoy meals together on the terraces equipped with comfortable furniture or sunbathe on the loungers by the pool, which on warm summer days provides ultimate refreshment.
A restaurant is one kilometre away and the nearest supermarket is 850 metres from the accommodation.
The beautiful, sandy beach Playa de Santa Eulalia is a 10-minute drive or 8 km away. Parking spaces and a garage are available on the property.
Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens, pool towels and towels are included in the price.
Parties and events are not allowed; the quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 8 a. m. must be respected. With the intention of facilitating the arrival to the house, you can meet the owner at the airport/port and you will have a follow-me service (free of charge).

Excellent accueil… quelques désagréments vite solutionnées. Un peu cher pour les prestations proposées mais séjour très agréable quand même
