Located on the outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera, Casa Marisa sits within a gated residential complex featuring a fantastic outdoor area and is just a 10-minute walk from the golden sands of the coast’s beaches.
Spread over three floors, the brightly decorated holiday home offers a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds and a sofa bed), a bathroom, and an additional guest toilet.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine.
One bedroom opens onto a charming balcony.
A private terrace provides the perfect spot to soak up the sun or hang swimsuits after a day at the beach, with lovely views over the rooftops of the surrounding houses.

Todo perfecto la verdad, casa amplia y limpia totalmente equipada en una urbanización tranquila, además en buena zona a 10 minutos de la pista 1

limpieza, localizacion, aire acondicionado ( no rendia mucho en una habitacion), dos camas incomodas, equipamiento de la cocina necesita renovacion.

Aire acondicionado no funciona en 3 de las 4 estancias. En las sillas te quedas pegado. No funciona el microondas. Las sartenes muy sucias.
