Located 2 minutes walk from the beach La Caleta, the apartment El encanto de la Palma is situated in the neighborhood "La Viña" in the heart of Cádiz, which boasts beautiful, historic buildings and a lovely holiday atmosphere.
Combining its 18th century architecture with a highly modern interior, the charming vacation apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with rustic brick masonry and a sofa bed (for 2 people), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable television and a baby cot.
Due to the apartment’s truly optimal location, cafes, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and the famous beach La Caleta is only a 2-minute walk from your front door.
A perfect place for a beach and city holiday! The most popular sights of Cádiz - the Gran Teatro Falla, the castles of Santa Catalina and San Sebastian, Parque Genovés, and Paseo Campo del Sur are all located within a 15-minute walk from the property.
Pets and parties are not permitted.
This is a gay-friendly property.
Around the property there are several private parking lots for a charge - if requested, the homeowner can find a garage for guests at an extra cost.
The host can organize a babysitter for an extra fee.

Het is een groot ruim appartement
Het appartement heeft geen ramen, het daglicht komt binnen via de ramen van de voordeur.
Gastvrijheid gastheer scoort misschien wat laag, maar wij hebben hem nooit gezien, vandaar een gemiddeld cijfer

Todo lo necesario para pasar muchos días. A 2 minutos andando de la playa y de la parada de bus. En una calle bonita y con vida. Aire acondicionado. Baño muy cómodo. Congelador grande y lavavajillas.
Al ser un bajo sin ventanas, hay que saber que es húmedo y tiene poca luz y ventilación. Hubo un par de problemillas con algún electrodoméstico pero solventados, nada importante.
