Embedded in the stunning landscape of Terlano in Bolzano, this gorgeous apartment in Villa Sonnenschein perfectly combines the charm of an alpine cottage with the luxury and conveniences of a modern, spacious home.
The apartment, which integrates wooden materials with cream-coloured decor and colorful accents, occupies the first floor of the villa and consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, with ceiling-to-floor windows, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms as well as one independent studio with a sofa bed and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot, a children's bed (both upon request) and a highchair.
In the outdoor area, guests are invited to have their morning coffees or fresh meals on the private, furnished terrace, surrounded by panoramic mountain views, or to stroll through the lush garden during the colorful sunsets, which is shared with the residents of the lower floor.
Nature lovers will enjoy the surrounding Adige valley for its beautiful apple plantations and find many hiking trails in the vicinity of the property.
By car, guests can then reach the popular ski areas scattered throughout South Tyrol - Merano 2000, for instance, is about 25 km or a 26-minute drive away. The home owner lives on the ground floor of the villa. Parking spaces are available on the property - after the 2nd car, please request a spot in advance for an extra fee. Firewood is available for an extra cost. Board games upon request. Please remember to take out the garbage before checking out.

Die Ferienwohnung war rundum super. Was nicht super war, war die extreme hohe Vermittlungsprovision, die für uns schon an Wucher grenzte ( das haben wir leider erst gemerkt, als uns die Vermieterin unsere reale Netto-Rechnung übergeben hatte.

The house was great. It was clean and spacious and plenty of room. Its on a Apple orchard The host was great as well she communicated great and was very accommodating for us with our arrival times. There are plenty of restaurants in town to eat at. They have a great little winery about 5 min from th...

The apartment could not have been better. It is located in the middle of a huge apple orchard, with mountains surrounding. Very client. Conveniently located a short drive from Bolzano. The host's daughter-in-law lives on the first floor of the house and was very helpful.
