Villa La Sorteta De Cuxach is situated in a quiet, idyllic location near the centre of the town Pollença, which is famous for its historical monuments, as well as its surrounding fields and natural beauty.
The charming holiday home has a Majorcan flair and a cosy living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The 2-storey country house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair.
The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area, which is equipped with a veranda with lounge furniture and a sun terrace.
From there you reach a lawn with a pool and sun loungers, where you can relax and unwind, surrounded by a beautifully-landscaped garden and the mountain panorama on the horizon.
The covered barbecue area with an additional outdoor kitchen provides for further culinary experiences.
A supermarket is 1 km away and the nearest restaurant with local specialities is 450 m or a 6-minute walk from the property.
Those who long for a dreamlike, sandy beach will find it in Port de Pollença, only 6 km and an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed.

The house was in a lovely location with beautiful views to the mountains. The gardens and pool were lovely too and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. It was also very clean. Francisca the host was very helpful.
