In a beautiful, idyllic residential area of Alcúdia, in Los Lagos in Puerto de Alcúdia, lies the beautifully decorated holiday apartment Rosmar III Alcudia.
It is part of an apartment complex and shares both the large outdoor area and the pool with the guests of the other apartments.
The brightly furnished accommodation has a living room with a modern interior and a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a trundle bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, fans in every bedroom, a baby bed and a high chair.
Outside the a balcony invites you to relax under the Spanish sun and enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
In the shared garden and pool you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 600 m or an 8-minute walk away while the nearest beach, Playa de Alcúdia, is 700 m or a short walk away from the property.
Parking is available on the street.
Only the dining/living room is air-conditioned, but the house has cross ventilation which facilitates the air-conditioning of the whole house.
There are no sun loungers or umbrellas around the pool.
However, the pool is surrounded by a grass garden and several trees provide pleasant shade

-saubere, sehr gepflegte, neu renovierte Ferienwohnung -sehr sympatischer, sehr höflicher, sehr hilfsbereiter Appartmentbesitzer -schön großer Balkon mit großer Markise, daher fast den ganzen Tag Schatten auf dem Balkon -sehr ruhige Nachbarwohnungen -grosser Gemeinschafts-Pool (20m Länge), wurde regelmäßig gepflegt
