Just outside the popular holiday resort of Pittulongu, in the holiday complex Belvedere, you will find Villetta Nicola, a wonderful villa with sea views and a spacious outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired.
The holiday home has a comfortable living room with characteristic ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and can accommodate 6 people.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV.
The highlight of the villa is the fantastic outdoor area, which is equipped with a pool as well as a covered terrace, which invites to dinner together.
The large barbecue invites you to prepare meals together in the fresh air.
Enjoy the view of the glittering turquoise sea and forget the stress of everyday life.
The nearest supermarket is 500m away and a small selection of restaurants are 1 km away and can be reached with a 2-minute drive.
The sandy beach Spiaggia di Pittulongu is 1,1 km or 2 minutes by car away. In the low season please inform the landlord 7 days before arrival about the use of the pool. Parking is available on the property. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee.

Die Villa war ruhig, der naheliegende.Flughafen hat nicht gestört.Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht so gut,Teller und Besteck nicht ausreichend.

We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house.It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings.The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond.
