The house is also equipped with fans, air conditioning in the living room and a TV. Outside you will find a private, furnished balcony where you can enjoy the Italian sun and spend relaxing holidays, as well as a shared garden with a barbecue that invites you to prepare meals together.
The property has a covered and an uncovered terrace. The nearest supermarket is only 200 metres away and a large selection of restaurants, bars and cafés is just a 3-minute walk away.
You can reach the long, sandy beach, Spiaggia di San Giovanni, after 600 m or 8 minutes on foot.
