The spacious Villa Mar is located in a quiet residential area just a few steps from the famous sandy beach of S'Arenal.
This holiday home is ideal for those of you seeking a central location close to activities and services, while enjoying a relaxing holiday in a comfortable environment.
With a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the accommodation offers space for up to 8 adults and 4 additional children. Bedroom 1: two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) Bedroom 2: two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) Bedroom 4: two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and optional cot Bedroom 5: four single beds (bunk beds), suitable for 4 children. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), Smart TV, 2 cots and a high chair.
In the picturesque outdoor area, the partially covered terrace and sun loungers invite you to relax.
Thanks to the ideal location of the villa, you can reach shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and the extensive S'Arenal beach within a few minutes' walk, open all year round, with most bars and restaurants also available in winter. The house features a comfortable pool on the main terrace, perfect for you to enjoy during your stay after days at the beach or relaxing at the villa. Water consumption up to 10,000 litres per week is included. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. The minimum age to book is 25 years (except for children accompanied by their parents). Groups of adults under 26 years are not allowed. No parties, events or barbecues are permitted on the property.

Schönes Haus für eine größere Gruppe. Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sauber. Geschirr, Handtücher und Töpfe und Pfannen sind ausreichend vorhanden. In der Nähe sind zwei kleine Supermärkte, die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Die Fotos im Inserat stimmen mit der Realität überein.
